Presentation of Pirate Party

Pirate Party (Dutch: Piratenpartij, French: Parti Pirate) was founded in 2009.
It is inspired by the same-named Swedish party and is also among the small number of all-Belgian/bilingual parties.

Flag of Pirate Party

Its flag is purple, bearing a large white disk with a narrow black border, charged with a black sail on the mast, shaped so as to resemble the letter P.
As the online photos reveal, the disc size may vary sometimes, but is usually about 3/4 of the flag width; the shade of purple may also vary a bit, but is typically a bit lighter than the FOTW color P.
